It’s that time again. I speak, of course, not just about the election, but about obsessively checking Electoral-vote.com hourly for updates on the election. Things are looking pretty alright at the moment, but it’ll be a tense day tomorrow. And, of course, don’t forget to vote.

In other news, I’m rejoining the modern age this week and getting DSL at home, especially important given the large number of rainy evenings and weekends in my future. Gone will be the days of dialup and painfully slow downloads – hurrah! I will miss being able to use dialup as an excuse not to do work at home, though. Everything has it’s price, I suppose.

Progress continues on the robot arm – I’m almost ready to have a circuit board made. I’ll post schematics and pictures soon…
