I’ve been doing a bit of work on the robot arm. Lately, I’ve been trying to finish the schematic, after which I’ll start board layout. It’s still a ways off, but I’m starting to get excited about having a functioning robot arm.

It’s been a frisbee-ful spring so far – I’m playing the Spring Team League and Vern’s Hat League, plus trying out for Shazam, an elite co-ed team. They’re having open tryouts and encouraged anyone interested to come, so I’m taking them at their word. I won’t make the team, but it’s fun playing a much more competitive game. I’m also headed down to Davis (CA) this weekend to play in a tourney.

Also on my list for the spring is a weekend trip to Vancouver, some hiking, and possibly making a movie (for work).
